Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Lead Generation Process Associate to identify potential clients, generate qualified leads, and support business growth. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong research abilities, and a proactive approach to engaging prospects in the Australian market.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential customers through online platforms, databases, and social media.
- Generate and qualify leads based on company requirements.
- Conduct outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to prospective clients.
- Maintain and update CRM records accurately.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with prospects to nurture and convert leads.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Prepare lead generation reports and performance updates.
WORK SHIFTS
- 5.5 days/week
- Monday to Friday-5 am to 2 pm
- Saturday-5 am to 11 am
- Sunday fixed weekly off
Requirements
- Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
- Excellent verbal English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of lead generation, sales, or customer outreach.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and LinkedIn is preferred.
- Strong internet research and data management skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
