We’re looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to spearhead our growth across Southern Region. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead sales of state-of-the-art medical equipment, strengthen customer relationships, and drive revenue in one of the most promising healthcare markets.
Responsibilities:
● Territory Ownership: Oversee complete sales operations for Karnataka,Tamilnadu,Andhra Pradesh,Telangana and Kerala.
● Sales Leadership: Drive revenue through the sale of advanced capital medical equipment, including CT, MRI, Cathlab.
● Business Development: Identify and capitalize on new opportunities within private hospitals, diagnostic centers, and healthcare institutions.
Deep understanding of Radiology and particularly Imaging system business of CT scanner and MRI system
● Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong connections with key stakeholders such as hospital management, biomedical heads, and procurement teams.
● Negotiation skills – can discuss product offerings and get value for products and services offered
● Contract Management: Handle AMC and CMC agreements—manage renewals, negotiate terms, and upsell services for maximum value.
● Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Area Sales Managers to achieve and exceed performance goals.
● Performance Excellence: Consistently meet and surpass sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
● Planning & Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, territory plans, and monthly performance reports.
● Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with service and application teams to ensure timely installations and exceptional customer satisfaction.
● Market Intelligence: Track competitor activities and analyze market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
● Compliance & Collections: Ensure timely payment collection and adherence to company policies.
Experience Required:
● Industry Expertise: Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in healthcare or medical equipment sales and specifically in Diagnostic Imaging industry
● Product Knowledge: Strong background in selling capital medical equipment such as CT, MRI, Cathlab, or similar advanced devices like ultrasound system
● Territory Management: Demonstrated success in managing and expanding large territories, with specific experience in southern region
● Contract Handling: Hands-on experience in managing AMC and CMC portfolios, including renewals and negotiations.

● Exceptional negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
● Strategic mindset with a results-driven approach to achieving business goals
● Outstanding communication and impactful presentation skills
● Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage
● Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
● Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
