Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, qualify prospects, and support business growth through effective customer engagement. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and referrals.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing customers.
Manage and update customer information in CRM systems.
Prepare sales reports and track lead conversion metrics.
Coordinate with marketing and field sales teams to achieve business objectives.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in Inside Sales, Tele Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong follow-up and relationship management skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience in B2B sales.
Knowledge of sales funnel management and lead nurturing.
Familiarity with digital marketing and LinkedIn prospecting.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Number of qualified leads generated.
Conversion rate from leads to opportunities.
Monthly sales revenue achieved.
Customer engagement and follow-up effectiveness.
CRM data accuracy and reporting.
Compensation: As per industry standards and experience.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
