Job Summary
We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Executives – Customer Service to join our US Collections team. In this role, you will interact with customers of leading healthcare and telecommunications providers in the United States to assist with resolving overdue accounts. You will engage customers professionally, negotiate suitable payment arrangements, and deliver a positive customer experience while adhering to company policies and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact customers via outbound calls to discuss overdue account balances and negotiate payment solutions.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while handling sensitive financial conversations with professionalism and empathy.
- Identify the cause of account delinquency and recommend appropriate repayment options.
- Effectively manage challenging customer interactions in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and collection activities.
- Ensure compliance with client guidelines, company policies, and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Communicate account updates, escalations, and follow-up actions with team leaders and internal stakeholders.
- Manage assigned accounts efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolution.
- Initially handle outbound calls, with opportunities to transition into a blended process (inbound and outbound calls).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.87 per month
