Job Title: Textiles Showroom Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Textiles Showroom Manager to oversee the daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of textile products, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the showroom.
- Lead, train, and supervise the sales team.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor staff performance and maintain discipline.
- Manage inventory, stock levels, and stock replenishment.
- Coordinate with the purchasing team for new arrivals and stock requirements.
- Ensure attractive product displays and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Monitor cash handling and billing operations.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and overall presentation of the showroom.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 3–8 years of experience in textile or retail showroom management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of textiles, fabrics, garments, and fashion trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and billing/POS software.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
