Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with clients and maintain professional relationships.

- Maintain accuracy and quality while handling operational activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of processes and client requirements.
- Prepare and maintain operational reports and documentation as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in Operations, Customer Support, Process Management, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong listening, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Sound understanding of process optimization and operational efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
