About Us
Romedia Production is a YouTube content production agency specializing in faceless YouTube channels. We help creators and businesses grow through high-quality scripts, voice-overs, video editing, and thumbnail design. Our team produces content across multiple niches, including history, documentaries, science, crime, business, and entertainment.
We are looking for a creative Graphic Designer who can create eye-catching thumbnails and visual assets that improve click-through rates and help our clients grow their channels.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe InDesign (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design
- Experience creating YouTube thumbnails, social media creatives, and marketing materials
- Ability to create visually appealing designs that capture attention and improve engagement
- Good understanding of image manipulation, photo editing, and compositing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work from our Trivandrum office
- Portfolio showcasing previous design work is mandatory
Preferred Skills
- Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles (not required for daily responsibilities, but considered a strong advantage)
- Experience designing for YouTube channels and digital media brands
- Familiarity with Canva and other creative design tools
- Knowledge of AI-powered creative tools such as MidJourney, ChatGPT, or similar platforms
- Understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and user engagement
- Ability to work in a fast-paced content production environment
