Job Description – Sr. HR Executive
Position : Sr. HR Executive

Qualification : MBA (HR) / Graduate
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning
- Manage employee onboarding, confirmation, transfer, and exit formalities
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files
- Prepare and analyze HR MIS reports in MS Excel
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labour laws, PF, ESIC, and statutory requirements
- Coordinate performance management and employee engagement activities
- Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters professionally
- Support HR audits and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower and HR requirements
- Assist management in implementing HR strategies and organizational policies
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of HR operations and statutory compliance
- Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR reporting
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in automobile dealership or corporate HR will be preferred
- Leadership and team-handling capability
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
