We are looking for a Social Media Manager with a strong ORM focus to own and shape how MoreTasks is perceived as an organization, by talent, by partners, and by the broader professional community. This is a corporate reputation role, not a brand content role. You will manage our employer brand presence, handle public-facing communications about MoreTasks as a company, and ensure our narrative online reflects who we actually are.
Key Responsibilities
1. Online Reputation Management:
- Monitor MoreTasks' mentions, ratings, and reviews across LinkedIn, Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, Google, and professional forums.
- Respond to employee and candidate reviews in a timely, measured, and on-brand manner.
- Identify and flag recurring themes in negative feedback to HR and leadership as structured, actionable insights.
2. Corporate Social Media:
- Develop and execute strategies to improve employer brand scores over time.
- Own the MoreTasks LinkedIn page end to end, content calendar, publishing, and community engagement.
- Collaborate with the founder and leadership to develop thought leadership content that reflects MoreTasks' vision and operating model.
- Highlight company culture, team wins, the TAP model, and organizational milestones in a way that is authentic and compelling.
3. Sentiment Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track all public mentions of MoreTasks across platforms and professional communities.
- Identify misinformation or damaging narratives early and respond with a clear plan.
- Deliver weekly sentiment and ORM reports to leadership with insights, not just data.
4. Crisis and Escalation Management:
- Own the response protocol for any high-severity public situation, from first signal to resolution.
- Coordinate directly with the founder during escalated situations.
- Document every incident and build it into a continuously improving response playbook.
5. Talent Attraction Support:
- Partner with HR on social content that supports active hiring campaigns.
- Ensure MoreTasks' presence on job platforms and professional networks is consistent, current, and compelling.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications (Good to have)
- 3-5 years of experience in social media, corporate communications, or ORM.
- Proven track record managing employer brand or corporate reputation, not just content publishing.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across contexts.
- Experience with platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, AmbitionBox, and social listening tools.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with direct access to leadership.
- Someone who takes ownership, flags problems early, and does not wait to be told what to do.
- Experience in e-commerce, D2C brands, startups or high-growth companies, recruitment platforms.
- Proactive by nature, you spot a reputation risk before it becomes a fire.
- A clear, measured writer who can switch tone across a crisis response, a community post, and a leadership report.
- Discreet and trustworthy, you will have direct visibility into sensitive organizational matters.
- Based in Gurugram or willing to be in office comfortable with a six-day work week.
- Maintains an active, thoughtful LinkedIn presence of their own.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
