Are you passionate about e-commerce operations and product catalogue management? We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Operations & Catalogue Executive to join our growing team and help drive seamless online retail operations.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Stock Management
- Manage real-time inventory updates across 100+ retail stores.
- Ensure inventory synchronisation between physical stores and the online platform.
- Coordinate with store teams to resolve stock discrepancies.
Product Catalogue Management
- Upload and maintain product listings, including titles, descriptions, specifications, images, pricing, and variants.
- Ensure product data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
- Maintain high catalogue quality and consistency.
Order Operations
- Monitor the complete order lifecycle—from order placement to delivery.
- Coordinate with store teams to ensure timely order acceptance, packing, dispatch, and fulfilment.
- Resolve operational issues affecting customer orders.
Technical Coordination
- Collaborate with website and app development agencies for:
- Product upload support
- Bug identification and resolution
- Feature enhancements and testing
- Ensure smooth day-to-day platform operations.
Platform Coordination
Basic understanding or coordination experience with:
- AWS
- MongoDB
- Vercel
- Surepass (preferred)
Reporting
- Track daily operational performance, including:
- Order processing
- Stock accuracy
- Catalogue quality
- Issue resolution
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce Operations, Catalogue Management, or Marketplace Operations.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms and cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic understanding of web platforms and databases is an advantage.
