Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Admission Counsellor to guide students and parents in selecting the right educational programs. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a strong ability to convert leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Follow up with inbound leads and generate new opportunities through outbound calls and emails.
- Counsel students and parents on available courses and help them choose the right program.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable educational solutions.
- Convert leads into successful admissions and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Guide students through the admission and application process.
- Assist students with the required documentation and application deadlines.
- Provide accurate information regarding admissions, enrollment, and course details.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and update CRM records.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents by providing excellent support.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience in Admission Counselling, Academic Counselling, EdTech Sales, or Inside Sales is preferred.
- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Excellent counselling, sales, and negotiation skills.
- Experience using CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Working Days: 6 Days a Week
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
