An MIS Executive in the pharmaceutical sector is responsible for managing sales and operational data, generating reports, and supporting business decisions with accurate insights related to products, territories, and field force performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales MIS reports
- Track product-wise, region-wise, and representative-wise sales performance
- Handle data related to stock, distribution, and inventory
- Maintain doctor, chemist, and stockist databases
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for data collection and validation
- Analyze sales trends and provide actionable insights
- Ensure data accuracy in CRM systems and internal databases
- Generate reports for management review and business planning
- Support target setting and incentive calculations for the sales team
Minimum 6 months of experience in MIS / data handling.
