Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting leads, explaining our nutrition and diet programs, following up with prospects, and converting inquiries into paying clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Call and follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Instagram, and other marketing channels.
- Explain diet plans, packages, and services to prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable programs.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets.
- Coordinate with dietitians and support staff to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, telecalling, or inside sales.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work with sales targets and KPIs.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Experience in healthcare, wellness, education, or service sales is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
