About this opportunity:
We are looking for a Senior Solution Integrator with strong expertise in Ericsson Charging solutions to drive end-to-end integration, configuration, deployment, and verification activities. You will bridge solution design and execution, ensuring customer requirements are implemented with high quality, efficiency, and compliance across all environments.
You will work closely with architects, developers, testers, and customer stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and high-performance charging solutions.
What you will do:

Lead or support customer projects involving requirement analysis, solution design, LLD preparation, and technical risk assessment.

Design, configure, implement, and validate Ericsson Charging product configurations, including offers, balances, rating rules, and monetization scenarios.

Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, migrations, and end-to-end solution deployment.

Analyze customer requirements and translate them into effective technical implementation plans.

Configure and validate charging interfaces, including Diameter (Gy/Ro), HTTP/2 SBI, REST/JSON APIs, TLS, and certificates.

Support CI/CD activities, automated testing, maiden installations, upgrades, and regression verification.

Collaborate with solution architects, project managers, security, operations, and customer technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Troubleshoot implementation and production issues, perform root cause analysis, and work with product and R&D teams to drive issue resolution.

Work effectively in Agile and global delivery environments while continuously enhancing technical competencies.
The skills you bring:

Strong hands-on experience with Ericsson Charging (EC), CBEV, or similar OCS/CCS platforms.

Good understanding of online/offline charging, CHF, charging access functions, rating, balance management, and offer lifecycle management.

Experience with cloud-native technologies such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, AWS, containers, SDI, CEPH, or similar platforms.

Good proficiency in Linux, Python, and Shell scripting.

Experience working with Oracle TimesTen, Cassandra, OpenSearch, or similar database technologies.

Strong understanding of Diameter (Gy/Gx/Ro/Rf), HTTP/2 SBI, REST APIs, Kafka, and 3GPP charging standards.

Knowledge of security concepts, including TLS, certificates, and role-based access control.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in Agile and global delivery environments.

Good communication, stakeholder management, and technical documentation skills.

Experience with 4G/5G charging, real-time monetization, and B2C, B2B, and IoT charging scenarios will be an added advantage.
