Role Overview
The Data Entry Operator (SAP) will be responsible for accurate entry, validation, and maintenance of production, inventory, and compliance data in the SAP system. This role supports smooth forging operations by ensuring timely updates and error-free records.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter and update production, material, and inventory data in SAP modules (MM/PP).
- Validate entries against source documents (job cards, production reports, purchase orders).
- Generate daily/weekly MIS reports from SAP for management review.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and stores teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Maintain digital and physical records in compliance with audit requirements.
- Support HR/Finance teams with SAP-related data inputs when required.
- Escalate discrepancies or system issues to supervisors promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate/Diploma in Commerce/Engineering/Computer Applications.
- 0–3 years of experience in data entry, preferably in manufacturing/forging industry.
- Hands-on knowledge of SAP (MM/PP modules).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel for reporting.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
