The Business Development Manager will identify new business opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, generate revenue, and contribute to the growth of both Cure & Wellness and Datameris Launchpad.
Key Responsibilities Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, cold outreach, digital platforms, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute business growth strategies aligned with company objectives.
- Build long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close business deals.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Cure & Wellness Responsibilities
- Develop partnerships with hospitals, rehabilitation centers, wellness centers, clinics, and healthcare providers.
- Expand the network of medical institutions globally.
- Coordinate with healthcare partners regarding onboarding and collaboration.
- Work closely with doctors and the operations team to improve patient acquisition.
- Identify international business opportunities in medical tourism and healthcare services.
- Promote the Cure & Wellness platform among healthcare organizations and referral partners.
Datameris Launchpad Responsibilities
- Build partnerships with colleges, universities, training institutes, and corporate organizations.
- Promote online certification and professional learning programs.
- Develop institutional tie-ups and corporate training opportunities.
- Generate student admissions through strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to increase platform reach and enrollments.
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and business review meetings.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Sales & Reporting
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
- Monitor KPIs and provide regular updates to management.
- Work closely with the Marketing, Operations, Product, and Leadership teams to achieve business objectives.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
