Job Role - FFS Machine Operator
Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled FFS Machine Operator to manage our high-speed automated packaging lines. In this role, you will set up, run, and maintain Form, Fill, and Seal machinery to pack final food products into pouches, packets, or containers. Your main goal is to maximize packaging speed while ensuring airtight seals and 100% correct weight accuracy.
Key Job Roles & Responsibilities
- Machine Setup & Operation: Prepare, start, and monitor automatic vertical or horizontal FFS packaging machines according to daily production plans.
- Film & Material Loading: Safely load and align packaging material rolls (plastic, foil laminate, or paper film) into the machine feed tracks.
- Temperature Control & Sealing: Monitor and adjust heat-sealing bars to ensure packets are melted together perfectly without leaks, burns, or tearing.
- Minor Troubleshooting: Clear film jams, fix sealing misalignments, clean dust from sensors, and perform quick mechanical adjustments to keep the line moving.
- Hygiene & Safety Maintenance: Keep the packaging machine and the surrounding area clean, sanitized, and compliant with food safety regulations.
Job Requirements & Skills to Highlight
- Experience: 1 to 3+ years of experience operating FFS machines, multi-head weighers, or pouch packaging systems in a food, grocery, or pharmaceutical factory.
- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with PLC/HMI touchscreen panels, pneumatic systems, heating sensors, and electronic weighing scales.
- Education: ITI certificate, High School diploma, or a technical trade diploma (Mechanical or Electrical) is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
