Position: Service Engineer
Location: Perinthalmanna, Malappuram
Reports To: Service Head

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of company products and equipment at customer sites.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal product performance.
- Respond promptly to service calls and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain service logs, reports, and records of all service-related activities.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to escalate complex issues and provide solutions.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards during all service tasks.
- Provide customer guidance on product usage, preventive maintenance, and best practices.
- Manage tools, spare parts, and service inventory efficiently.
- Participate in business expansion activities like an exhibition(Expo) and corporate events, etc.
Skills & Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma/Graduate in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, or related field.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills for electrical and mechanical systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle field assignments in Delhi and nearby areas.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of using tools, meters, and service equipment.
- Willingness to travel locally as per job requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in electronic equipment repair, etc.
- Knowledge of warranty management and preventive maintenance protocols.
