Handle SOTO air bookings for international travel requirements.

Manage flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.

Interpret and apply airline fare rules, routing regulations, and ticketing policies.

Provide accurate fare quotations and itinerary options to customers and travel partners.

Coordinate with airlines and suppliers to resolve booking-related issues.

Ensure timely processing of exchanges, schedule changes, and ticket modifications.

Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

Monitor queue management and booking deadlines to avoid service disruptions.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and airline procedures.

Stay updated with airline policies, industry trends, and GDS enhancements.

2–8 years of experience in International Air Ticketing and SOTO operations.

Strong knowledge of GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre.

Hands-on experience in ticket issuance, reissuance, refunds, and fare calculations.

Good understanding of international routing, fare construction, and airline regulations.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple bookings simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
