Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure execution of work according to approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and maintain construction schedules.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards at site.
- Verify measurements, billing quantities, and material usage.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain site reports, DPRs, and project documentation.
- Monitor manpower, machinery, and material requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of work within budget and quality standards.
Experience: 4 to 5 Years
Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and site execution.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Knowledge of construction safety practices.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project reporting tools.
