Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables.
- Present menus and explain menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and drinks in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly.
- Handle guest complaints politely and report serious issues to the supervisor.
- Prepare bills and process payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations.
- Follow hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Assist in setting up and closing the restaurant.
