Roles & Responsibilities
- Patient care
- Work with Inter Disciplinary Team to provide holistic care to patients and families in the OP, Homecare and Telehealth services
- Identify and provide interventions for psychological support
- Provide additional inputs on improving mental health outcomes for patients and their families
- Support to team members
- When appropriate, provide support to team members in need of psychological support while maintaining professional boundaries.
- Identify and recommend practices and activities that will enhance the wellbeing of the team.
- Capacity building
- Participate in ongoing training for allied healthcare workers
- Create, as necessary, skill building modules on behalf of the organization.
- Reporting, Monitoring and Evaluation
- Regular meetings (physical and/or online) with the team
- Field visits
- Bi-monthly Clinical Supervision
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
