Responsibilities and Duties
CDP / Commis I / Commis II
1) Food preparations keeping the cost controls
2) Maintaining station cleanliness and hygiene
3) Managing Inventories including receiving stock.
4) Food innovation and trials
5) Team player
Qualifications and Skills
Minimum one year of experience in Italian food preparations in the kitchen
