Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Spoken English Trainer to help students improve their English communication skills, including speaking, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary, grammar, and personality development. The trainer will be responsible for conducting engaging classroom sessions and ensuring students gain confidence in spoken English for academic, professional, and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct Spoken English training sessions for students of different skill levels.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational English.
- Develop lesson plans, training materials, and practice exercises.
- Assess students' progress through tests, assignments, and interactive activities.
- Provide individual guidance and feedback to improve communication skills.
- Organize group discussions, presentations, role-plays, and mock interviews.
- Maintain attendance records and student performance reports.
- Create a positive and interactive learning environment.
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation and classroom management abilities.
- Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
- Passion for teaching and student development.
Working Hours
- 8 Hours per Day (9:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary
- ₹10,000 – ₹13,000 per month (Based on skills, communication, and teaching ability)
