Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Scheduling

Develop detailed project schedules for glazing works using tools like Primavera (P6) or MS Project.

Prepare work breakdown structures (WBS) for façade and glazing activities.

Define timelines for design, procurement, fabrication, and installation phases.
Progress Monitoring
-
Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress of glazing activities.
-
Identify delays and recommend corrective actions to meet project deadlines.
-
Conduct variance analysis between planned vs actual progress.
Coordination
-
Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site execution teams.
-
Ensure availability of drawings, materials, and resources as per schedule.
-
Liaise with project managers, consultants, and contractors for seamless execution.
Resource Planning

Plan manpower, materials, and equipment requirements.
-
Optimize resource utilization to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Reporting & Documentation
-
Prepare and maintain progress reports, dashboards, and MIS.
-
Generate look-ahead schedules (2-week, 4-week plans).

Maintain project documentation including baseline schedules and revisions.
Risk Management
-
Identify project risks related to glazing and façade works.
-
Develop mitigation strategies for delays, procurement issues, or design changes.
Cost & Time Control

Support cost monitoring related to glazing activities.

Ensure adherence to timeline milestones and contractual obligations.
Required Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
-
3–8 years of experience in project planning, preferably in glazing, façade, or construction projects
Key Skills & Competencies
-
Strong knowledge of Primavera (P6) or MS Project
-
Understanding of glazing systems (curtain walls, structural glazing, aluminium systems)

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong coordination and communication abilities
-
Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction workflows
-
Advanced Excel / MIS reporting skills
