Roles and Responsibilites:
- Prepare the Quotations/Invoices/Bills of all the vendors from Agreement/PO etc. and Timely and accurate booking of all the Vendors Bills/Invoices.
- Recording of Employee’s Travel Claims as per Travel Policy.
- Checking of all the supporting bills attached by Employees as per SOP and ensure timely payment of all the claims.
- Vendors Reconciliation with the SCM and Procurement Team and Vendors.
- Ensure the documentation and maintenance of complete and accurate supporting information for all financial transactions.
- Ensure timely closing of the accounting month for the preparation of MIS Reports to be submitted within the deadlines.
- Assisting in all legal and statutory compliances as well as filings with various statutory bodies like PF, ESI, TDS, GST, etc.
- Assisting for timely completion of all required audits including global internal audits (GIA), local statutory audits and funder audits.
- Coordinating with the valuation, CS, CA, and legal teams of the company.
- Follow up with the customers for the quotations and PIs shared to them.
- Field work required related to Banking.
Qualifications
- M.Com/MBA (Finance) preferred.
- Freshers with relevent internship experience can apply
- 2-4 years of experience in Accounts/Finance
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and basic accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally/ERP.
- Proficiency in Tally is mandatory.
- Good communication, attention to detail, and willingness to travel for banking-related work.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
