Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of luxury residential interior projects from planning through handover. The role requires strong project management, site execution, client management, procurement coordination, and quality control capabilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end execution of luxury residential interior projects.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.
- Plan, track, and monitor project schedules and site activities.
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, consultants, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and project standards.
- Identify project risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor procurement schedules and material deliveries.
- Verify contractor and supplier bills against actual site measurements and completed work.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and stakeholder communication.
- Lead, coach, and support Project Executives and site teams.
- Drive continuous improvement in project execution processes.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong project planning and execution skills.
- Excellent client management and stakeholder communication.
- Strong understanding of luxury residential interior execution.
- Knowledge of civil works, finishes, MEP coordination, and interior fit-outs.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Commercial awareness including material and labour costing.
- Proficiency in project tracking and reporting tools.
Qualifications
- 8–15 years of experience in residential interior project management, construction management, or interior execution.
- Experience managing luxury residential or high-end turnkey interior projects.
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Construction Management, or related field.
- Strong understanding of site execution, procurement, quality control, and project scheduling.
- Experience leading project teams and managing contractors, vendors, and consultants.
Preferred
- Experience handling Luxury residential projects valued at ₹15,000+ per sq. ft.
- Exposure to turnkey interior projects.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and software tools.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
