Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to doctors, chemists, distributors, and healthcare professionals to promote company products
- Explain product features, benefits, and schemes clearly to customers
- Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities
- Maintain and update customer databases (CRM/Excel)
- Follow up on pending orders, payments, and customer queries
- Coordinate with field sales team for order processing and dispatch
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
- Handle inbound customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain records of calls, sales, and customer interactions
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate in any discipline (Science/Pharmacy preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in telecalling or pharmaceutical sales
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
