Responsibilities and Duties
Lesson planning and preparation
Teaching according to the educational needs, abilities and achievement of students
Assigning work, correcting and marking student’s work
Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and behavior of students
Attending parents meetings and update them on child's progress
Promoting the general progress and well-being of class students
Mentoring and guiding students in academic, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities and undertaking other professional developments
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Teaching Experience 1 year (Nursey to Class VIII)
Graduation with 1st Class
D.El.Ed. (required)
B.Ed. (preferred)
Should be able to teach multiple subjects ( Maths/ Science/ Hindi/ English/ Others)
Strong Hindi and English Communication skills
Passion for learning and teaching
Working with other teachers and school management in a team
Cultural sensitivity in rural setting
