Job Summary:
The Quality Assurance Supervisor is responsible for managing the quality assurance process, developing test strategies, leading a team of QA engineers, and ensuring that products meet quality standards before release. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Core Duties
- Lead, mentor, and manage QA engineers. Assign tasks and monitor team performance.

Define and implement QA processes and methodologies.

Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases.

Establish quality metrics and KPIs.

Identify risks and mitigation strategies.

Oversee manual and automated testing activities.

Review and approve test cases and scripts.

Support automation framework development and maintenance.

Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.

Provide quality reports and release readiness assessments.

Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

Stay updated on industry trends and emerging testing tools.

Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).

Experience with test management tools.

Hands-on experience with automation tools.

Aptitude for data analysis & problem solving.

Process-orientation with attention to detail.

3 years of experience in software testing.

2 years of experience in a leadership role.

Desire to coach and lead a QA team.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
