Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Performance will be evaluated based on: Reduction in unsafe acts and unsafe conditions Closure rate of safety observations Zero fatality / zero major incidents PTW compliance Electrical safety compliance PPE compliance Toolbox talk and training completion Timely incident reporting and investigation Safety inspection frequency and quality Subcontractor safety performance Audit compliance and corrective-action closure Emergency preparedness and drill performance 9. Authority & Responsibility The Safety Engineer shall have the authority to: Stop unsafe work where an immediate danger exists. Reject unsafe work practices, tools, equipment, or PPE. Recommend corrective action for safety violations. Escalate serious safety violations to the Project Manager/HSE Manager. Require compliance with approved safety procedures before work recommences.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
