We are looking for a responsible and proactive Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations, monitor project activities, and ensure work is completed efficiently within timelines. The role involves coordinating with teams, supervising site activities, and maintaining quality and safety standards at the work site.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor daily site activities and workforce operations.
- Ensure work is executed as per project requirements, drawings, and timelines.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for smooth site execution.
- Monitor material usage, site maintenance, and operational activities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Ensure safety procedures and company guidelines are followed at the site.
- Prepare daily progress reports and update management on project status.
- Identify and report site-related issues, delays, or challenges promptly.
- Support project planning and execution activities effectively.
Requirements
- B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 1+ years of experience in site supervision or construction-related activities preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of site operations, civil works, and project handling.
- Ability to manage teams and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to travel and work flexibly based on project requirements.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
