● 4–8 years in operations / hospitality / facility management

Role Summary
The Operations Manager / KAM owns end-to-end campus operations, client relationships, and business performance, ensuring a seamless, compliant, and student-centric living experience.
Key Responsibilities
● Client & Account Management:
Build strong relationships with institutional partners, proactively manage expectations, and ensure high client satisfaction
● Financial Ownership:
Drive timely invoicing, collections, and revenue realization with strict control on leakages and delays
● Campus Operations Management:
Oversee end-to-end hostel operations, ensuring consistency, structure, and high service standards across campuses
● People & Team Leadership:
Manage and develop on-ground teams, ensuring role clarity, accountability, and performance stability
● SOPs & Compliance:
Ensure adherence to SOPs, audits, and compliance frameworks, maintaining process integrity and audit readiness
● Incident & Escalation Management:
Handle escalations with speed and accountability, ensuring timely resolution and preventive action
● Student Experience:
Drive a safe, well-managed, and engaging campus environment with a strong focus on student satisfaction
Operational Excellence:
Continuously improve processes to bring consistency, efficiency
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
