Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and monitor vital signs.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, injections, and treatments as prescribed.
- Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate nursing documentation and patient records.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment, medication, and discharge care.
- Ensure infection prevention, patient safety, and adherence to hospital protocols.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams for quality patient care.
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and participate in code blue situations.
- Maintain cleanliness, biomedical waste segregation, and patient confidentiality.
Required Qualification:
- GNM or B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institute.
- Valid State Nursing Council registration.
Key Skills:
- Excellent patient care and clinical nursing skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Knowledge of infection control and nursing protocols.
- Ability to work rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Basic computer and electronic medical record (EMR) knowledge.
Pay: ₹20,086.00 - ₹35,939.80 per month
