Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven Investment Associate to lead investor outreach and strategic engagement with Venture Capital firms in the EdTech ecosystem. The role involves building relationships with VCs, representing the company in investor discussions, and supporting fundraising initiatives by working closely with the leadership team.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, research, and build relationships with Venture Capital firms, family offices, and institutional investors focused on EdTech and allied sectors

Initiate and manage investor outreach (cold/warm connections, networking, events, referrals)

Represent the company in investor meetings alongside the Director / leadership team

Prepare investor communication materials (pitch decks, investment notes, follow-ups)

Track and manage investor pipelines, interactions, and engagement status

Conduct market research on funding trends, competitor funding, and investor behavior

Coordinate due diligence processes and investor data requirements

Support fundraising strategy, valuation discussions, and deal structuring

Attend industry events, VC meets, and startup networking forums
Key Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in:

Venture Capital / Private Equity / Investment Banking

EdTech startups (fundraising / strategy roles preferred)

Strong network or prior exposure to Indian VC ecosystem
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong understanding of startup financials, valuation, and fundraising lifecycle
Ability to independently drive investor conversations
Willingness to travel between Bangalore and Calicut when required
