We are looking for a friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Front Office Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to handle front office operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers and visitors.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic information about our services.
- Maintain customer records and office documents accurately.
- Assist with chit registrations, payment follow-ups, and other administrative tasks.
- Handle WhatsApp and email communication with customers.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable.
Eligibility
- Age: Below 30 years.
- Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates.
- Any Bachelor's degree.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Tamil is mandatory. English communication skills will be an added advantage.
