Job Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Academic Counselor who can guide students, handle inquiries, and convert leads into admissions.
Responsibilities
- Handle student inquiries (walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, social media)
- Explain course details, fees, and career opportunities clearly
- Counsel students and help them choose the right course
- Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions
- Maintain student records and admission data
- Support marketing activities like seminars and promotions
Requirements
- Good communication skills (Malayalam & English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Confident, friendly, and convincing personality
- Freshers can apply (training will be provided)
- Experience in sales or counseling is a plus
