Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and energetic Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for promoting our products/services, generating leads, and driving sales through field visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers in the field
- Conduct regular field visits to present products/services
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Achieve monthly/weekly sales targets
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports
- Collect market feedback and share insights with the team
Requirements:
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Willingness to work in field (on-road job)
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Two-wheeler preferred (if required for travel)
