Preference: Candidates must be local to Karnataka and From Only Real estate experience.
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced MEP Engineer with strong expertise in real estate construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and supervision of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems across multiple residential and commercial developments. The role is based near Hoskote Toll Gate, Bangalore, with frequent travel to project sites across Karnataka including Dharwad and Belagavi.
Key Responsibilities
Planning, designing, and execution of MEP systems for real estate projects
Coordination with architects, structural engineers, contractors, and consultants
Review and approval of MEP drawings and BOQs
Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
Site supervision and quality control of MEP works
Vendor management and material procurement coordination
Monitoring project timelines and cost contro
Aluminium Foam work Experience
Testing & commissioning of MEP systems
Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues at site
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
5+ years of experience in MEP works within the Real Estate industry
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical systems, Plumbing, Firefighting systems
Experience handling large residential / commercial projects
Good communication and coordination skills
Willingness to travel across project locations in Karnataka
Candidate must be locally based in Karnataka
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
