- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software processes to adapt to changing business and technical landscapes.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language, Salesforce Development.
- Strong command of software development principles and experience with modern programming languages.
- Must have experience in Aura Component and Cockpit Knowledge.
- Ability to work effectively within agile development environments and iterative delivery cycles.
- Experience in designing scalable software architectures and integrating with various system components.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
- Capability to collaborate across diverse teams and communicate technical concepts clearly.
Additional Information:
