- Supervise and manage front office/reception staff.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day front desk operations.
- Welcome guests and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints, requests, and escalations professionally.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate front office employees.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other departments (if applicable).
- Maintain records, reports, and front office documentation.
- Monitor office supplies and front desk inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards.
- Assist in budgeting, reporting, and operational planning.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
