Job Summary
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor with 1–2 years of experience who can independently manage the complete video production process—from shooting to editing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of videography, storytelling, lighting, composition, and post-production to create engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, product demonstrations, and brand communications.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality videos for marketing, branding, social media, and internal communications.
Capture footage using cameras, smartphones, and other video equipment.
Set up lighting, audio, and camera angles to ensure professional-quality recordings.
Edit raw footage into compelling videos with transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, color correction, and sound design.
Create short-form content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
Manage video assets, maintain an organized media library, and ensure timely delivery of projects.
Stay updated with the latest video editing techniques, trends, and social media content formats.
Required Skills
1–2 years of experience in videography and video editing.
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
Experience with camera handling, framing, lighting, and audio recording.
Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
Ability to independently execute shoots as well as post-production.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mass Communication, Film Production, Multimedia, Graphic Design, or a related field.
A strong portfolio showcasing both videography (shooting) and video editing work is mandatory.
Preferred
Experience creating content for startups, healthcare, or technology brands.
Familiarity with social media content trends and platform-specific best practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
