Job Summary:We are looking for a motivated and skilled Data Analyst to join our growing team at Finvasia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for: transforming marketing data into actionable insights by generating performance reports, department-level dashboards, and AI-driven analytics. This role will support data-informed decision-making and campaign optimization.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and marketing performance reports
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports using data and AI-driven analytics tools
- Analyze B2C marketing campaigns, customer behavior, and ROI
- Support basic data visualization needs for reporting and presentations
- Work with marketing teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports and dashboards
- Identify performance gaps and take data-driven measures to improve department performance
- Present insights clearly to stakeholders and leadership
Key Requirements:
- Strong expertise in Advanced Excel and Power BI
- Working knowledge of SQL and marketing data analysis
- Exposure to data visualization techniques for reporting purposes
Qualifications & years of Experience:
- Any Graduate
- 2–5 years of Data Analyst experience, preferably in B2C Marketing
Pay: Up to ₹800,000.00 per year
