Job Description
VGM Consultants Limited is hiring enthusiastic and motivated Telecallers for Mohali. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally
Explain company products and services to customers
Follow up with interested customers and candidates
Maintain accurate call records and updates
Achieve daily and monthly targets
Provide excellent customer service and support
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 0–5 Years
Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate
Age Limit: 18–30 Years
Languages Required: Punjabi, Haryanvi, Hindi & Basic English
Required Skills
✔ Good verbal communication skills
✔ Basic computer knowledge
✔ Strong listening and convincing skills
✔ Ability to handle customer calls professionally
✔ Target-oriented approach
Preferred Skills
Previous telecalling or customer support experience
Knowledge of Collection or DRA process
Hindi and basic English communication skills
