About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage the company's financial records, daily accounting operations, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and bookkeeping, with the ability to maintain accurate financial records and support business decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements.
- Generate invoices and manage billing.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP).
- Prepare GST invoices and assist with GST return filing.
- Calculate and process TDS entries and related documentation.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Process employee reimbursements and support payroll activities.
- Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and financial reports.
- Reconcile branch collections and daily cash reports.
- Coordinate with the CA/Auditor during audits and tax filings.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Assist management with financial analysis and budgeting when required.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and Google Sheets.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic taxation.
- Knowledge of bookkeeping and financial reporting.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
- M.Com or CA Inter (preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of accounting experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also apply.

Salary
Salary will be offered based on the candidate's skills, experience, and overall performance during the interview process.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
