About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Export Sales Executive to manage and grow our international business. The role involves handling global clients, converting inquiries into sales, and coordinating end-to-end export operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, good computer proficiency, and the ability to work across international time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new international business opportunities
Handle export inquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales
Communicate with overseas buyers via email, calls, and virtual meetings
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and follow up with clients
Build and maintain long-term relationships with international clients and distributors
Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, documentation, operations) for smooth order execution
Manage export documentation (invoice, packing list, shipping documents)
Track orders and ensure timely delivery
Maintain and update client database, reports, and sales pipeline (Excel/CRM)
Monitor international market trends and competitor activity
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
Proficient in computer skills (Email, Internet, MS Excel, Google Meet/Zoom)
Willingness to work flexible hours based on international time zones
Any graduate can apply for this role
1–2 years of experience in sales (export or domestic)
Basic understanding of export procedures is an advantage
Preferred Skills:
Experience dealing with international clients
Knowledge of export processes, logistics, and shipping
Strong negotiation and follow-up skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/orders
