Job Description -
- Carrying forward the client’s brief from the account manager to the copy / content / creative / technical team
- Listing down the project objective and deliverables with the internal team
- Managing the communication gap between the Account Manager and the Creative team
- Analysing the proposal and required material needed to send the client
- Validating client’s need vs deliverable mentioned in the proposal
- Co ordinating with the legal manager to see if all the formalities are met
- Managing any service issue with the client
- Taking feedback from the client
- Acquiring new clients
- Documenting a client database including case studies
- Keeping a document & visual library of all the clients
