We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter to identify, attract, and hire top talent. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage job postings and maintain candidate databases.
- Negotiate offers and assist with onboarding.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- 6 months of recruitment experience.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
