Diploma in Baking Faculty
We're expanding our academic team and are looking for a passionate and experienced Diploma in Baking Faculty to train aspiring bakers with industry-relevant knowledge and practical skills.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver classroom and practical training for the Diploma in Baking programme.
Teach bread making, cake baking, pastry preparation, cookies, desserts, cake decoration, and bakery production techniques.
Conduct hands-on training in baking, food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations.
Guide students in recipe development, presentation, and professional baking practices.
Mentor students to develop technical skills and prepare them for careers in the bakery and hospitality industry.
Preferred Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Bakery & Confectionery, Culinary Arts, Hotel Management, or a related field.
Relevant industry experience in bakeries, hotels, pastry kitchens, or food production is preferred.
Previous teaching or training experience is an added advantage.
Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
Pay: ₹9,830.47 - ₹53,864.44 per month
