Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily workshop floor operations.
- Allocate jobs to technicians as per skill and workload.
- Monitor job progress, WIP and delayed vehicles.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with Service Advisors, Technicians & Parts Team.
- Monitor technician productivity and bay utilization.
- Handle technical and operational issues.
- Ensure quality, safety and standards.
- Control rework and repeat repairs.
- Maintain proper job card process and workflow.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
